Our Workplace Culture
The workplace culture at Viugo Construct can be categorised into two distinct but interconnected areas: Safety/Risk Management Culture; and Work, Grow, and Connect Culture. Whereas our Safety and Risk Management culture focuses on adherence to rules and a safe environment, the Work, Grow, and Connect culture emphasises employee development, engagement, and interpersonal relationships. We believe that a strong workplace culture requires balancing safety with a supportive and challenging environment to achieve high-quality results. Viugo Construct wants to make certain that high-quality results and sustainability are achieved for the benefit of the environment and long-term viability of projects without compromising the safety and well-being of the personnel involved.

Safety is one of our core priorities in every construction project we undertake. We know for a fact that when safety is compromised, productivity is at risk and project management issues are on the rise. At Viugo Construct, we assess that establishing and adhering to proper workplace safety and risk management measures can help absorb excessive project costs, increase efficiency, as well as productivity. The negative impact of job risks like labor shortages, scope changes, poor subcontractor performance, rework, etc., can also be also be mitigated.
Giving this understanding, we seek to establish clear protocols for risk identification and and analysis, prevention, and control in every project we undertake. We do this by ensuring:
